In theory, we could solve problems that began before these students were born and have followed them throughout their lifetime. A more practical solution is to look at the period from high school, college, and the beginning of their career. We will review a ten to twelve-year period of time. In theory, mitigating these problems during the high school years would allow higher education to focus on goals that prepare them for their future. This solution will better serve the students and their future employment. The Advisory Council recognizes that we must provide the understanding that goes far beyond admissions to better service to provide assistance in a student's past journey and strengthen their future journey beyond graduation and throughout their career. We could suggest covering their lifetime, but the Universe between high school and their first career position should keep the council busy. The Advisory Council will comprise thought leaders in the high school, college, and career areas. It will include leaders with direct contact in these areas and leaders who generally would not be contacted. The group will be global, comprised of diverse multidimensional thought leaders worldwide. The Advisory Council will be based on a virtual platform. Members will receive prompts for topics from the operating team. The Advisory Group's responses will be developed into an article. These advisory group articles will be sent to the senior team of over 400 institutions and distributed by other sources worldwide. Here are two examples of the prompts the advisory council could receive. The first is a model provided by Joel Evans. The Advisory Council would receive:

Consolidation, Business Process Optimization, and Adoption: Migrating Adtalem Global Education Telephone Numbers to Microsoft Teams' Phone
Introduction:
ETI was commissioned by the Senior Director of Technology Service Delivery at Adtalem to orchestrate the transition of more than 7,000 telephone numbers from the incumbent phone system, Intrado, to Microsoft Teams Phone. The project was driven by cost reduction and consolidation objectives, all to be accomplished within a challenging timeframe. Beyond the migration itself, ETI assumed responsibility for optimizing operational workflows and executing a comprehensive training and user adoption approach. After completing the initial engagement, ETI was hired again to facilitate the migration of an additional 2,000 numbers from 8x8 to Microsoft Teams Phone due to Adtalem's acquisition of another school, Walden University.
Challenges:
• New Concept Adoption: Microsoft Teams Phone was unfamiliar to Adtalem's users, necessitating the development of tailored training content and methods.
• Complex Business Process Reengineering: Overhauling the provisioning and de-provisioning of numbers required seamless integration of Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams.
• Geographic and System Diversity: For the Walden University acquisition, migrating over 2,000 numbers from 8x8 to Teams Phone demanded an understanding of diverse telephone systems and user needs across different geographic locations.
Approach:
• Business Process Reengineering: Engaged with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze impacts, design new end-to-end flows, and integrate relevant systems.
• Automation of Provisioning Workflow: Thoroughly analyzed the existing process of provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and numbers to identify challenges and developed seamless integration points and automation scripts between Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partnered with stakeholders from different areas to understand system usage and formulated an Adoption Management strategy.
• Training Strategy: Collaborated with stakeholders to develop train-the-trainer sessions, in-person training sessions, communication schedules, how-to videos, and documentation for Teams Phone usage.
• Communication Management: Collaborated with customer experience and training teams from Adtalem and Walden University to develop a communication strategy.
Results:
• Successful Migration: ETI efficiently migrated over 9,000 telephone numbers and associated devices, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
• Operational Improvement: By evaluating and reengineering Adtalem’s provisioning and de-provisioning business processes, we achieved a seamless and unified approach across ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams. This eliminated manual processes, expedited provisioning, boosting overall efficiency, and reduced costs for the client.
• Adoption and Training: Comprehensive training materials facilitated the smooth adoption of Microsoft Teams Phone, minimizing disruptions and maximizing user proficiency.
• Effective Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders from different areas ensured a holistic understanding of requirements and needs across diverse organizational teams and geographic locations.
Conclusion:
Through effective project management, collaboration, and strategic execution, ETI achieved seamless migration of telephone numbers from legacy systems to Microsoft Teams Phone for Adtalem and Walden University. The successful consolidation initiative led to cost savings, streamlined and automated business processes, and improved user experiences. The organization has technology that fits their needs now and for the future. The case study underscores the importance of stakeholder engagement, tailored training, and meticulous process reengineering in achieving complex technology transformations. In the second example
To improve their systems, we have developed a multidimensional model using Business, Universities, and High school-based not-for-profit organizations. We messaged AI. Can you explain the impact of this multifaceted model?
Sodexo, Compass, and Aramark serve the high school, college, and business groups they serve. Kahn Academy, College Possible: Sodexo, Compass, and Aramark could financially support College Possible to help them expand their programs and reach more students. They could also donate food, beverages, or other products to help College Possible feed students and run their programs.
The impact of this multidimensional model could be significant. Working with various organizations, Sodexo, Compass, and Aramark, could improve the lives of students, employees, and businesses in several ways.
For students, these companies could help to increase access to affordable and healthy food, provide financial support for college, and offer mentorship and tutoring programs. This could help students to succeed in school and achieve their goals.
These companies could create a more positive and productive work environment for employees by providing healthy and convenient food options, offering training and development programs, and promoting wellness initiatives. This could help employees to be more productive and engaged at work.
These companies could help reduce food costs, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction. This could help businesses to improve their bottom line and attract and retain customers.
Overall, the multidimensional model could have a positive impact on the lives of many people. It could improve students, employees, and businesses' health, education, and economic opportunities.
Here are some specific examples of how the multidimensional model could impact people:
A high school student struggling to afford college could receive financial support from Sodexo, Compass, or Aramark. This could help the students to attend college and achieve their dreams.
Employees working long hours could benefit from these companies' healthy and convenient food options. This could help the employee to be more productive and engaged at work.
A business looking to improve its bottom line could reduce food costs by partnering with Sodexo, Compass, or Aramark. This could help the company to be more profitable.
These are just a few examples of how the multidimensional model could impact people. The potential benefits are significant, and it is an approach worth considering.
